Model FDMK Folded Dipole Center Mounting Kit
The FDMK mounting kit allows easy permanent or pulley mounting of our line of folded dipole antennas. This kit consists of a support system and ancillary items to mount the antennas in a three support installation. This includes horizontal (flat-top) or inverted Vee. The mount is versatile, allowing attachment to poles, masts, trees, towers, or free hanging from a rope. This kit is NOT required for two pole horizontal or sloper installations. All materials are manufactured for a long outdoor life, with use of UV stabilized thermoplastics, and stainless steel hardware. The kit includes a thermoplastic support system, clamps for the balun and balancing network, a weather resistant swivel eye pulley, 100 feet of rope, and hardware. The rope supplied is polyester diamond braid, which will not stretch, rot, or degrade under UV.
Model AI-5 End Insulators
Fabricated from rugged glass polymer material, these are ideal insulators for both receiving antennas and for transmitting up to the legal limit. They will survive a pull of over 1000 Lbs (450 Kg), and are an excellent electrical insulator. Size 1-1/4" dia x 4" long (3 x 10 cm). Holes are 0.270" dia (6.85 mm). Weight 3 ozs (85 gm).
Model GS-1 Guy Stake
This is one tough guy stake! Made for the military, use for securing push-up poles, antennas, tents, etc. The stake section is made of heavily galvanized steel 12 inches long by 2 inches wide convoluted, with a sledgehammer top. The snatch hook will cradle up to 5/8 rope, and is attached by 1/8 stainless steel cable. Model GS-2 Guy Stake
Light weight, high strength stake for big jobs. Made from thermoplastic, this item is very strong. You drive it with a hammer just like it was metal. Obviously, there are no corrosion problems for very long life. The head allows 'hooking' a line over it, or you may pass line through holes in it. Color is O.D. green, 12 inches long.
Model GS-3 Guy Stake  Made from heavy 1/8" thick aluminum, this is the best metal stake we have ever seen. The head allows 'hooking' a line over both sides, and it has a hole for tying an extraction line. Color is O.D. green, 12 inches long. Expect imperfections in the paint.
High Quality Polyester Rope The best rope for antenna installations. Polyester will not stretch, rot, or be affected by the UV from the sun. Easy to cut, tie or splice.
